[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] In the fourth week of July, public pre-subscription will be conducted in five districts, concentrating more than half of the nationwide supply volume in Gyeonggi Province.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 8,149 households will accept subscription applications in 18 locations nationwide in the fourth week of July. About 63% of these, including public pre-subscription units, are concentrated in Gyeonggi Province.
This pre-subscription will be held in five districts: Namyangju Wangsuk (1,398 households), Namyangju Wangsuk 2 (429 households), Goyang Changneung (1,394 households), Hwaseong Taean 3 (632 households), and Pyeongtaek Godeok (910 households), totaling 4,763 households. Among these, the Pyeongtaek Godeok district is the only one where applications are accepted nationwide.
There are no supply units in Seoul, and in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, the main subscription for 'Paju Unjeong 3 A23 Block,' which had a pre-subscription last year, is scheduled for the 24th. The complex consists of 13 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 28 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters, totaling 1,012 households. Among them, 177 households, including relocation supply units, will be offered to the general public, and units not applied for in the main subscription among the 835 pre-subscription households will also be converted to general supply.
