Lotte Hotel Hosts Final Evaluation of 'Hotel Maker Project'... "Supporting the Dreams of Youth"

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Lotte Hotel announced on the 22nd that it held the final evaluation meeting for the 2nd term of the 'Hotel Maker Project,' conducted as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's youth-friendly company ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) support program.
In this project, 37 participants were selected for the 1st term and 70 for the 2nd term. Each term included about a month of various programs to enhance job competencies, such as ▲ Lotte Hotel signature service training ▲ job training ▲ hotel experience ▲ team projects.
At the 2nd term evaluation meeting, teams presented their ideas and shared the results of evaluations based on criteria such as suitability, logic, and creativity. After awarding outstanding ideas, a completion ceremony and luncheon followed to conclude the activities.
