Amorepacific Achieves Record-Breaking Results on Amazon Prime Day
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Amorepacific announced on the 21st that it achieved its best-ever performance during Amazon's online shopping event, 'Prime Day.'
Prime Day is an annual discount event held for Amazon's paid service members, and this year, over 300 million products were sold over the two days of July 12-13, marking the largest scale ever.
Brands such as Laneige, Sulwhasoo, and Innisfree also participated in this event, with Amorepacific explaining that Laneige stood out by ranking first in sales in the Beauty & Personal Care category. The flagship product, ‘Lip Sleeping Mask - Berry,’ was recorded as the best-selling product in Amazon's Beauty & Personal Care category, while ‘Lip Glowy Balm - Berry’ ranked third in sales.
Sulwhasoo's Yunjo Essence also sold out all the products prepared for the event.
