Shinsegae Live Shopping's Largest Investor Changed from Emart to Shinsegae
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] The Ministry of Science and ICT announced on the 21st that it has decided to approve Shinsegae's application for a change in the largest shareholder of Shinsegae Live Shopping and KT Alpha's application for approval of corporate division after review by the screening committee.
Through this approval, the largest shareholder of Shinsegae Live Shopping is expected to change from E-Mart to Shinsegae. KT Alpha will be divided into the surviving corporation KT Alpha and the newly established corporation Alpha DX Solution (tentative name).
