On the afternoon of the 15th, after receiving a work report from Minister Lee at the Yongsan Presidential Office, President Yoon conveyed this policy, stating, "R&D investment is an area that private companies cannot undertake as profit-driven investments."
In particular, President Yoon ordered the establishment of a differentiated training system to secure top-level talent. He also said to prepare concrete action plans to open the era of the space economy, taking advantage of the success of Nuriho.
Regarding digital innovation, he urged securing global-level artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and doing their best to promote the Digital Platform Government. He also ordered the establishment of a fair compensation system for software developers and strengthening digital welfare for vulnerable groups.
