View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyun-joo] Two male high school students were caught illegally filming female teachers with their mobile phones and were each expelled and forcibly transferred.
According to the police and Sejong Office of Education on the 14th, A, a second-year high school student, was caught secretly filming a part of a teacher's body during a counseling session last month.
The teacher immediately reported the incident to the school and the police. The school conducted its own investigation and additionally confirmed that male student B also illegally filmed.
In the internal investigation, A reportedly stated that he illegally filmed five teachers, while B admitted to filming one teacher. Among the victims, one teacher was illegally filmed by both A and B.
The school held a Teacher's Rights Protection Committee meeting and expelled A, while B was forcibly transferred. The five victim teachers are currently on sick leave and receiving psychological treatment.
