According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, vehicle traffic on the Dongbu Expressway entrance section from Surak Underpass to Seongsu JC, which had been restricted from 4:10 PM that day, resumed from 5:50 PM as the water level of Jungnangcheon Stream decreased. Earlier, the restriction on the Inner Circular Road section from Majang entrance to Seongdong JC, which had been in place since 4:13 PM, was lifted from 4:50 PM.
