NH Nonghyup Card Donates 350 Million KRW to Card Public Interest Fund... Strengthening ESG
3.5 Billion KRW Public Fund Support for Agricultural and Rural Development and Improvement of Farmers' Welfare
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 6th that it has donated 350 million KRW in public interest funds from card usage to the (Corporation) Donong Sangsaeng National Movement Headquarters as part of strengthening Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas and improve the welfare of farmers.
The donated public interest funds were accumulated by allocating a certain percentage of the usage amounts from six types of cards, including the NEW Nongchon Sarang Check Card, the Proper NEW HAVE Card, and the BAZIC+ Card. These funds will be used for various rural love movement projects such as ▲supporting welfare supplies for vulnerable rural groups ▲activities to enhance rural value ▲volunteer work and talent sharing activities.
