Ulsan City Promotes 'Youth Employment Incentive Additional Support Project'... Contributing to Job Expansion and Employment Stability
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Ulsan City urged active participation from related companies in the ‘Additional Support Project for Youth Employment Incentives,’ which provides benefits to small, medium, and mid-sized companies that hire young people as regular employees and maintain their employment.
The support targets small, medium, and mid-sized companies with five or more employees that received the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s Youth Employment Special Incentive (2021) and Youth Job Leap Incentive (2022).
If the company maintains youth employment, it can receive an additional support of up to 960,000 KRW, which is 10% of the existing incentive.
The support condition is for companies that hire youth from October 7, 2021, to the end of December this year and maintain employment for at least six months, with support available for up to one year.
Applications for the Additional Support Project for Youth Employment Incentives can be submitted on the Ulsan Job Portal from the 1st to the 15th of each month.
Detailed information can be found on the Ulsan Job Foundation website.
