A man in his 60s booked for damaging Seoul's Voice banner in front of President Yoon's residence
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A man in his 60s was arrested by the police on charges of damaging a banner belonging to Seoul Voice, which was holding a rally in front of President Yoon Seok-yeol's residence.
On the 5th, the Seocho Police Station in Seoul announced that they have booked and are investigating a man in his 60s, Mr. A, on charges of property damage and assault. Mr. A is accused of cutting the strings of a banner hung by Seoul Voice in front of President Yoon's residence at Acrovista in Seocho-gu at around 5:45 PM the previous day. He is also accused of verbally abusing and assaulting a woman who tried to stop him during the Seoul Voice rally.
