Seongnam City to Launch Book Information Chatbot Service from the 4th
[Asia Economy (Seongnam) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Seongnam City in Gyeonggi Province started the 'Library Information Chatbot Service' based on the mobile messenger KakaoTalk from the 4th.
This service is applied to all 15 public libraries in the region, allowing users to search mobile membership cards (including family), search, reserve, and extend book returns, check available seats in reading rooms, and apply for reading programs.
Users can access the service by searching for 'Seongnam-si Library' in the KakaoTalk app's friend search bar on their smartphone, adding the channel, and then tapping the chat icon in sequence. Users must be registered members of Seongnam public libraries.
Once logged in, the status is maintained, making it convenient to use the chatbot.
