View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul City announced that vehicle traffic on Olympic-daero Yeoui Upper IC and Yeoui Lower IC, which had been restricted due to the rise in the Han River water level caused by increased discharge from Paldang Dam, resumed from 5 a.m. on the 1st as the heavy rain in the Seoul metropolitan area subsided.
Earlier, as of midnight, the full section of Dongbu Expressway in both directions was reopened, and from 12:25 a.m., traffic became possible from Yangjaecheon-ro to Yeongdong 1-gyo section.
