View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Financial Group is conducting an internship program that supports various costs to enable social innovation companies to hire young people as interns.
On the 30th, Hana Financial Group announced that it held the "Hana Power On Innovation Company Internship" event the day before at its Myeongdong headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul. About 100 people attended the event, including Ham Young-joo, Chairman of Hana Financial Group, Kwon Ki-seop, Vice Minister of Employment and Labor, Jung Hyun-gon, President of the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency, and interns participating from social innovation companies.
This internship program is designed to connect social innovation companies, which face difficulties in recruitment activities due to information asymmetry, with young job seekers. Selected participants include young designers, people with disabilities, and women with career experience, who will participate in a three-month internship at their respective selected social innovation companies.
Hana Financial Group provides job competency enhancement programs and internship salaries during the internship period. Additional support will be provided if they are hired as full-time employees in the future.
