Jangseong County Governor Transition Committee Holds Final Report Meeting... Review of Campaign Promises

[Jangseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Hangyu] The Jangseong County Governor Transition Committee (Chairman Kang Daeseok) announced on the 29th that it held a final briefing session on the current issues of Jangseong County and the direction of the 8th term civilian government administration on the 28th.

The briefing session was attended by National Assembly member Lee Gaeho, elected official Kim Hanjong, and advisory committee member Kim Yangsu, among others.

This briefing session was an opportunity to report on the activities of the 8th term Jangseong County Governor Transition Committee over 21 days from the 7th to the 27th, providing a comprehensive report on administrative goals and policies, review of campaign promises, policy proposals, and suggestions.

In particular, as policy proposals, various issues were pointed out and improvement plans were presented, including the need to improve the direction of personnel management for public officials, improve inefficient county administration organization, improve the operation of the Gwangju area local food direct sales store through field visits, and conduct a thorough review of the progress of the Rural New Vitality Plus Project.

Suggestions for revitalizing the community and local economy were also reported, including the Pilam Seowon cultural and arts activation project, improvement of aging incineration facilities in Jangseong County, revitalization plans for Hwangryong Market, and raising the limit on agricultural product delivery fees.
