[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 29th that it will launch a new 'SOL Live' that allows SOL users to not only learn about products and services but also communicate with customers in real time. SOL Live is an online live commerce service available on Shinhan SOL, serving as a platform to introduce Shinhan Bank's products and services as well as those of its partners to customers.
Through this SOL Live upgrade, Shinhan Bank plans to actively use it as a customer communication channel by ▲producing content reflecting the latest trends ▲promoting and running promotions linked with external platform channels ▲providing digital content for the MZ generation (born between the 1980s and 2000s).
Additionally, Shinhan Bank will regularize SOL Live broadcasts by scheduling 'Quiz Show, Challenge Golden SOL' (second Wednesday at 12:30 PM) and 'Financial Knowledge Talk Show for Clumsy Adults? Escape with SOL' (fourth Wednesday at 6:10 PM) as regular programs to secure a fixed viewership.
A Shinhan Bank official said, "We prepared this SOL Live upgrade to provide content reflecting the latest trends beyond the existing live commerce broadcasts focused on product and service introductions," adding, "We will continue to offer content that provides not only fun but also various information and benefits beyond finance."
