Hanwha Q CELLS was selected as the 'Top Brand PV' for the first time in the United States, where in-depth surveys began this year. It has won the award for nine consecutive years in Europe and seven consecutive years in Australia. This award is given by the global solar research institute EuPD Research, which conducts surveys targeting customers in global markets such as Europe, Australia, and the United States, based on brand awareness and user satisfaction.
Since starting in Germany in 2010, EuPD Research has annually awarded the 'Top Brand PV' in areas such as solar modules, inverters, energy storage technology, and power sales. Hanwha Q CELLS has been selected as the top brand in the solar module sector in Europe every year for nine years since 2014. From 2016, when EuPD expanded its survey scope to Australia, Hanwha Q CELLS has also been selected as the 'Top Brand' in Australia for seven consecutive years. Additionally, this year, it was selected as the 'Top Brand' in the United States, where in-depth surveys of actual customers were conducted for the first time, proving its enhanced brand reputation in the global market.
The reason Hanwha Q CELLS has maintained high customer satisfaction and trust globally for a long time is due to excellent products resulting from strict quality control and proactive customer management through a systematic local partner network. Hanwha Q CELLS manages quality under conditions up to three times stricter than the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) quality inspection standards. Recently, it was selected as a 'Top Performer' for seven consecutive years in the '2022 PV Module Reliability Scorecard' conducted by the global solar verification institute PVEL.
Furthermore, Hanwha Q CELLS operates the 'Q.PARTNER' system to maintain close cooperation with local partners worldwide, managing its global sales network more systematically. Currently, it collaborates with about 2,000 Q.PARTNERs in Europe, about 150 in Australia, and about 500 in the United States. Hanwha Q CELLS also provides various cooperative services such as online and offline training and joint marketing to Q.PARTNERs, supporting proactive customer management.
