AIA Life Appoints Nathan Chong as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] AIA Life announced on the 29th that Nathan Chong will be appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective from the 1st of next month.
As the new CEO, Chong will lead AIA Life's operations in the Korean market alongside its employees and report current issues to Jackie Chan, AIA Group Regional President and Head of Sales.
Since joining AIA in 2014, he has held leadership roles in various areas including group finance, investor relations, and the Group CEO office. Since 2018, he has served as an executive in charge of group financial management and planning.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University in the United States and holds a qualification in Business Analytics from the Kellogg School of Management at the same university.
