Yeonggwang-gun to Host 'Show in Us' Concert on the 30th for Culture Day

[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 27th that it will hold a crossover ensemble "Showin Us" concert as part of the 2022 Culture Day Cultural Walk program at 7 p.m. on the 30th at the outdoor performance hall of Yeonggwang Arts Center.

This performance features a five-member vocal group consisting of tenors Kim Juhyung, Noh Beomju, Seo Jaewon, and baritones Lee Junhee and Jo Inhak, showcasing not only top-notch skills but also stage arrangements that allow communication with the audience, promising the best enjoyment.

In particular, combining and rearranging various music genres ranging from classical, opera, musical, pop, to the latest popular songs, "Showin Us" presents a unique repertoire with diverse stage compositions that cannot be found elsewhere, delivering a passionate performance.

This performance was selected as part of the 2022 Regional Culture and Arts Center Culture Day support project by the Korea Culture and Arts Association, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and organized by the Korea Culture and Arts Center Association and Yeonggwang-gun.

Admission is free, and anyone can attend by visiting the outdoor performance hall of Yeonggwang Arts Center.

Culture Day is a day that provides various cultural benefits on the last Wednesday of every month (including the relevant week) so that citizens can easily access culture in their daily lives.

On Culture Day, more than 2,000 cultural facilities nationwide, including movie theaters, performance halls, museums, art galleries, and cultural heritage sites, are encouraged to offer discounts or free admission.
