Starting two strokes behind in second place, Park Min-ji recorded four birdies and two bogeys. After consecutive birdies on holes 1 and 2, she steadied herself with a bogey on hole 3 (par 4), then secured back-to-back birdies on holes 4 and 5, extending her lead over the second-place group to four strokes. However, she made pars on the next 10 holes and faltered with a three-putt bogey on hole 16 (par 3). In the first playoff hole, despite a misjudged approach shot that didn’t leave the ball close to the hole, she successfully sank a 3-meter winning birdie putt, prompting cheers.
