Fandom Korea is preparing to launch an NFT platform and plans to sell its own content as NFTs. The NFT business will be based on digital video collections from social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Through its own NFT platform, it aims to provide fans with various benefits and satisfaction while creating opportunities for creators to generate new added value.
A company official stated, "We are promoting NFT content and NFT service platform businesses based on platform videos from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. through investments," and added, "Last month, we partnered with a global cryptocurrency exchange and are coordinating joint NFT sales plans and schedules."
He continued, "Currently, starting with HB Entertainment, we are preparing partnerships with major domestic entertainment and content production companies," emphasizing, "We will grow into a leading company in the NFT content field by expanding collaboration with different industries and diversifying NFT content."
