The Financial Supervisory Service Holds Online Public Briefing with the Korea Exchange and KOSDAQ Associations
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] The Financial Supervisory Service announced on the 23rd that it plans to resume public briefing sessions, which had been suspended since 2019 due to COVID-19, in collaboration with the Korea Listed Companies Association and the KOSDAQ Association.
The briefing sessions are conducted to enhance the understanding of disclosure officers and others regarding the corporate disclosure system and to prevent violations of the Capital Markets Act.
