CJ OliveNetworks Revamps Website to Enhance Customer Communication

The newly redesigned CJ OliveNetworks website is organized into useful information categories such as ‘Services,’ ‘Technology,’ ‘ESG (Environment, Social, Governance),’ ‘News,’ ‘Culture,’ and ‘Recruitment.’
CJ OliveNetworks explained that it provides an immersive website experience by prominently featuring a 'smart content curation' method that allows users to view core services and technology-focused content at a glance.
In the ‘Services’ category, CJ OliveNetworks introduces its innovative businesses and has improved the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) so that customers can conveniently access explanations, information, and services related to the business.
The mobile website has also been enhanced in design and content accessibility to suit the mobile environment and improve user convenience. The sections introducing major businesses are categorized by industry to help customers easily find the information they need, and the search function has been upgraded.
To facilitate smooth communication with customers, the ‘Customer Center’ communication features have been strengthened. Customers can directly enter inquiries on each service page of interest and send them to the person in charge, and a call function has been added in the mobile environment to enable direct contact with the representative.
In the ‘ESG’ category, various ESG activities of CJ OliveNetworks are introduced, including AI ethics principles, ethical management, and safety management. It also showcases ICT companies’ social value enhancement programs such as the CJ SW Creative Camp, which addresses regional education gaps, and CJ White Hat, which contributes to solving information security issues.
For visitors interested in recruitment information, a new ‘Culture’ category has been established to introduce an organizational culture with many growth opportunities along with recruitment information. Digital content reflecting the latest online trends has also been reinforced, including a job introduction corner through interview videos.
