Ferrari Circuit Decorated with LED Lights Sets Guinness Record
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Italian luxury brand Ferrari held an exhibition to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Fiorano Circuit. The exhibition showcased various stories ranging from the circuit's history over the past 50 years to recent activities.
The circuit was transformed into an LED wall for a light show. The display consisted of 172,000 lights, 1,039,280 LED pointers, and 89 km of LED strings, covering an area of 112,958 square meters. It was recognized by the Guinness World Records.
At the exhibition, visitors could see the Ferrari 3.2 Mondial Cabriolet and the Ferrari 150 LM. The 3.2 Mondial was the car driven by Pope John Paul II when he visited the circuit and drove the track in 1988. The 150 LM is a prototype developed for new car development.
