An 80-Year-Old Man Stabbed on the Street... Suspect Fleeing Arrested by Police

According to the police on the 19th, a man in his 60s identified as Mr. A stabbed an elderly man in his 80s in the neck and abdomen with a weapon on the street in Cheongnyangni-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul at 10:16 a.m., then fled on a bicycle.
Mr. A was caught by police from the Jongam Police Station, who were waiting in Jongam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, having identified the expected escape route, at 10:50 a.m., 35 minutes after the incident.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital but is reported to be in critical condition.
