[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The hotel industry is unveiling packages targeting those preparing for summer vacations domestically, with keywords such as coolness, art, and golf. Some promotions highlight swimming pools, beer, and shaved ice, which come to mind during summer, while others offer hotel stays combined with various exhibitions and concerts, as well as golf lessons that children can enjoy.
According to the hotel industry on the 18th, Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju is offering the 'Book Your Summer' package until August 31, allowing guests to relax in an atmosphere reminiscent of overseas resorts. This package is available for stays of two nights or more and includes hotel or resort rooms, breakfast buffet for two, and swimming pool access. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy a two-hour use of the 'Beach Club,' featuring straw parasols under palm trees, rattan sunbeds, and tables, creating an exotic atmosphere like being in Hawaii. Resort guests can use the 'Day Bed' at Haevichi's outdoor pool for two hours. The package also includes a popular Haevichi menu set of chicken and two draft beers. Additionally, a 'Summer Edition Mini Bag,' highly useful during summer vacations, is given as a gift. This package is available for stays from July 16 to August 31.
Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX are offering up to 20% early bird discounts for advance reservations made by the 20th for three summer packages available in July and August. Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas presents the 'Summer Getaway' package, which includes a patented handmade sausage and beer to-go set developed by the hotel, Stanley's eco-friendly insulated tumbler, breakfast buffet for two, and a Parnas Mall discount coupon book. The 'Cool Summer' package features the popular lobby lounge summer premium shaved ice, including tomato and coffee shaved ice, along with Megabox movie tickets. Guests can also choose the 'Summer Breeze' package, which includes Club InterContinental lounge benefits such as breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour for two, as well as a Roybi diffuser and Denmark tea brand A.C. Perch's Tea Handle White Temple tea. All summer packages are available for stays until the end of August.
Sofitel Ambassador Seoul is revamping its weekend lunch buffet 'Le Bon March?,' held every weekend from 12 PM to 3 PM at the French chic bistro 'P?Maison' on the 4th floor, into a summer version. Le Bon March? selects a French region each season and presents a weekend lunch buffet that reflects the area's characteristics and French culinary culture. Until September 11, the buffet will be themed around the Saint-Tropez area of Provence, a representative summer resort and world-renowned ros? wine producer. The buffet features a live raw bar offering fresh seafood ceviche, a seafood market where guests can select seafood to be cooked, a French table with homemade traditional French appetizers, a chef's kitchen showcasing traditional French dishes and steaks, and a patisserie corner with professional-level desserts and variety.
Chosun Hotel & Resort Grand Josun Busan is collaborating with the global art edition platform 'Edition Alliance' to offer the 'Stay×Art: Shimmering' package until August 31. The package includes a one-night stay and one exchange voucher for two 'Shimmer Tealight Holders' made of crystal, designed by architect Zaha Hadid, who also designed Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).
