GH Supplies 'Support Facilities and Parking Lot Sites' in Paju and Dongducheon Industrial Complexes
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is supplying support facilities and parking lot sites within the Paju and Dongducheon industrial complexes.
The sites for this supply include two support facility lots and one parking lot in Wolnong, Paju area; one support facility lot and two parking lots in Seonyu; one parking lot in Dangdong; and one parking lot site in Dongducheon 2 Industrial Complex.
The area per lot is 770 to 1,598㎡ for support facility sites and 551 to 2,095㎡ for parking lot sites. The expected supply price is 2.94 million to 3.53 million KRW per 3.3㎡ for support facility sites, and 930,000 to 2.03 million KRW per 3.3㎡ for parking lot sites.
The contract conditions for this supply have been significantly relaxed.
Bidding eligibility is open to general actual users without any special restrictions, and the winning bid will be decided by the highest bid.
Previously, production facility sites within the industrial complex were 100% sold, and many companies have already moved in.

Bidding applications can only be made online through the GH land sales system on the 27th of this month. The successful bidder will be announced on the day of application.
