KAMCO Auctions Seized Properties Worth 83.5 Billion KRW Including 166 Apartments and Houses
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) announced on the 17th that it will auction 74.7 billion KRW worth of 747 seized properties nationwide, including 166 residential buildings such as apartments and houses, through Onbid from the 20th to the 22nd.
The auctioned items are properties entrusted to KAMCO by public institutions such as tax offices and local governments to collect overdue taxes. This auction includes 387 items priced at 70% or less of their appraised value.
Bidders should pay attention to the rights analysis when bidding, and buyers are responsible for evicting tenants, so caution is required. It should also be kept in mind that the auction of the relevant property may be canceled before bidding due to reasons such as tax payment or undeliverable notices.
