- Only winners can apply for model house visit reservations
- Submission of qualification verification documents for winners from June 23 to July 5 for 12 days
Doosan Enerbility (formerly Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction)'s Trimage Suncheon, recognized as the first high-end brand complex in the Suncheon area, is accepting reservations for visits to the model house to submit qualification verification documents for winners on its website. This complex attracted an overwhelming 7,450 applicants in the 1st and 2nd priority subscription rounds.
Winners can apply for a visit reservation on the website on their preferred date during the document submission period from June 23 to July 5, then visit the model house to submit the required documents. Following this, official contracts will be conducted at the model house over 12 days from July 9 to July 20.
Trimage Suncheon is being developed in Jorye-dong, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do, consisting of Complex 1 with 20 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with units sized 84 to 264㎡ totaling 1,314 households, and Complex 2 with 11 buildings from 3 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, units sized 84 to 264㎡ totaling 705 households. In total, there will be 2,019 households. As a large-scale complex featuring the high-end brand 'Trimage,' it has attracted significant interest from many prospective buyers.
The complex offers convenient living with large shopping facilities such as NC Department Store, Kim's Club, and Homeplus, as well as various amenities including Suncheon Jorye Social Welfare Center, Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service Suncheon Hospital, and Jorye Lake Library. Residents can also easily access convenience infrastructure in Suncheon’s original downtown area, including the city hall, movie theaters, and banks. The nearby Jorye Lake Park, a large-scale lakeside park spanning approximately 170,000㎡, and the eco-friendly location backed by Ungbangsan Mountain provide a pleasant residential environment.
A key strength is the complex layout that maximizes the premium of a large-scale complex. It is a park-style complex with an ecological area ratio of about 50%, free of cars on the ground level (excluding parking lots for neighborhood facilities and some access roads), enabling a comfortable living environment within the complex. Various landscaping features such as ecological ponds, grassy yards, water playgrounds, pet gardens, and home party gardens are arranged throughout the complex, differentiating it from others.
The community facilities introduce a mega street mall concept. Residents can enjoy a fitness club, golf practice range, a breakfast (paid) lounge offering simple morning meals, a European-style multi-library, premium sauna, music practice rooms, table tennis rooms, multi-purpose rooms, and coin laundry facilities, enhancing residential satisfaction.
The interior design of the units matches the high-end residential complex standard. Both Complex 1 and 2 of Trimage Suncheon offer a variety of unit sizes ranging from 84 to 264㎡P, considering diverse lifestyles of residents. All units feature a 4Bay or larger slab-type layout, which is highly preferred by buyers, improving ventilation and lighting.
Notably, the complex has introduced the food waste conveyance system inside units, a benchmark for luxury residential complexes, for the first time in the Honam region. Additionally, each unit is provided with an underground storage room for more generous storage space.
