Seoul High Prosecutors' Office Dismisses Kim Gun-mo's Appeal on 'Sexual Assault Charges'

Kim was accused of rape by Ms. A in December 2019. Ms. A claimed that Kim sexually assaulted her at a bar in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in 2016. The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, which investigated the case, concluded in November last year that the charges were not substantiated after reviewing related testimonies and evidence. Ms. A appealed, but the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office did not accept it.
