"Andaz Seoul Gangnam Presents Summer Cocktails Featuring Seasonal Fruits and Flowers"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 14th that it will introduce a new cocktail menu featuring seasonal fruits and flowers for summer at the Bites and Wine Bar in the Jogakbo Restaurant on the hotel's 2nd floor.
The summer cocktail lineup includes a total of six types. 'Chiller,' made with seasonal summer fruit plum; 'Punch Jello,' which contains Pisco, a traditional Peruvian liquor, pineapple vinegar, and homemade pineapple jelly; 'Dongbaek Negroni,' made with Jeju camellia flowers, gin, and ball ice; 'Refreshing,' made with tomato yuzu basil syrup brewed at Andaz and reminiscent of the Spanish cold soup gazpacho; 'Peach Earl Grey Highball,' a summer whiskey highball with bourbon whiskey and homemade Earl Grey syrup; and 'Aurora,' an aromatic cocktail with distilled soju Khee and tea that gives a purple hue. These six cocktails are available for order until August 31.
