Daesang Cheongjeongwon Launches Two Types of Bibim Makguksu and Deulgireum Makguksu
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Daesang Cheongjeongwon announced on the 14th that it will launch two types of summer-themed Bibim Makguksu and Deulgireum Makguksu.
The two types of Daesang Cheongjeongwon Makguksu are ▲Gangwon-do style Bibim Makguksu and ▲Deulgireum Makguksu full of savory flavor. These new products use roasted buckwheat with a nutty aroma to add a chewy texture and fragrant taste.
The authentic Gangwon-do style buckwheat Bibim Makguksu is mixed with a secret Bibim sauce made by grinding garlic, onion, radish, and ginger, enhanced with beef flavor, and served with cool dongchimi broth made from domestic radish. The savory Deulgireum buckwheat Makguksu features a specially simmered braised soy sauce for a deep and rich flavor, along with savory perilla oil. When topped with seaweed and sesame seeds and mixed, the savory Deulgireum Makguksu is complete.
A Daesang official said, “We released two types of Bibim and Deulgireum Makguksu so that consumers can conveniently enjoy one of the preferred products during the summer season at home,” adding, “We will continue to observe consumer needs and strive to develop seasonal products that meet those demands.”
