View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] JT Chin-ae Savings Bank held a 'Happy Sharing to Overcome COVID-19' event and took steps to support single-parent and unmarried families.
According to the financial sector on the 11th, JT Chin-ae Savings Bank recently donated funds to the welfare facility Aeranwon. Aeranwon is a facility that provides basic lodging and meals, childbirth, postpartum care, and entrusted education for middle and high school students to unmarried mothers and pregnant women facing difficulties in pregnancy, childbirth, and early childcare. This donation was made to support single-parent and unmarried families struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The donation will be used to support 40 low-income single-parent and unmarried families who have difficulty making a living due to recent income reduction and suspension of economic activities. Based on a prior survey of each family, necessary items for livelihood will be packaged into customized gift boxes and delivered.
