U.S. President Joe Biden posted a video of BTS's visit to the White House on March 31st, lasting about 4 minutes and 51 seconds, on Twitter on the 4th (local time).
President Biden had previously posted a short 59-second video on the day of the meeting. The video begins with President Biden playing BTS's popular song "Butter" on a laptop in the White House Oval Office.
President Biden opened his arms to the BTS members sitting on the sofa and said, "I wanted you to feel as comfortable as if you were at home. Aren't you familiar with this song?" The BTS members clapped in surprise, and some danced along to the music.
President Biden said, "I started public service for citizens' rights. Even back then, famous artists helped move people," adding, "What you do makes a big difference. It is important to talk about how to eliminate hate."

We have to meet the President,'" and added, "We sincerely thank the President for signing the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act into law and the White House and U.S. government for their efforts to find solutions."

The video also showed President Biden and BTS standing and talking, with President Biden holding and explaining a photo frame.

President Biden posted on Twitter along with the video, "It was a pleasure to meet BTS at the White House this week. The rise in anti-Asian hate crimes requires all of us to stand up, raise our voices, and ensure hate is not safely hidden," expressing his gratitude once again.
