According to the National Police Agency on the 5th, the police recently released this guideline booklet to enhance the expertise of adult entertainment investigators. The police explained, "The guideline booklet was published to strengthen 'business restriction measures' based on expertise, such as filing charges against building owners after crackdowns, to eradicate illegal adult entertainment operations." The main contents include ▲ recovery of criminal proceeds ▲ notification of tax data ▲ filing charges against building owners after crackdowns on illegal adult entertainment operations.
Regarding pre-indictment seizure and confiscation preservation, the booklet contains an overview of the system, legal grounds, targets and valuation methods, procedures, and sample documents. The notification of tax data includes methods for official communication with the National Tax Service and procedures for entering data into the adult entertainment business system when arresting business owners. Filing charges against building owners mainly covers the procedures for identifying building owners and sending prior notification letters.

The total number of copies published for this guideline booklet is 1,000, with 130 copies distributed to each city and provincial autonomous police committee and the National Police Agency, and 860 copies distributed to frontline police stations.
