GH Provides 'Financial and Mental Health Counseling' for Public Rental Housing Residents at Dasan Station
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) conducted financial and mental health counseling programs for residents of Gyeonggi Happy Housing.
GH recently announced on the 3rd that it held a "Financial and Mental Health Customized Counseling Program" at Dasan Station Gyeonggi Happy Housing in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, aimed at providing financial service information for economic independence and retirement consulting of rental housing residents, as well as counseling for residents experiencing mental health difficulties such as depression and alcohol addiction.
Previously, in September last year, GH signed a business agreement with NH Nonghyup Bank and the Gyeonggi Mental Health Welfare Center to provide customized financial and mental health services. In October last year, the service was provided to residents of Dongtan Lake Park Gyeonggi Happy Housing.
GH is also conducting various projects as part of public rental housing customized residential services, including forest healing programs, clean services for child residential poverty households to improve living conditions, and air conditioner support for elderly households.
A GH official stated, "To enhance the satisfaction and quality of life of public rental housing residents, we will actively implement various residential support services beyond financial and mental health."
