A man in his 40s who caused an accident while driving without a license in a stolen vehicle has been apprehended by the police and is under investigation.

The Gochang Police Station in Jeonbuk announced on the 2nd that they are investigating Mr. A, a man in his 40s, on charges including theft after causing an accident while driving a stolen vehicle.
Mr. A is suspected of driving a stolen 1-ton truck without a license on a road in Haeri-myeon, Gochang-gun around 11 p.m. on the 31st of last month and causing an accident.
After crashing into a retaining wall in a single-vehicle accident and sustaining serious injuries such as broken ribs, Mr. A directly reported the incident to the police around 11:35 p.m. that day.
