The Hwaseong Donghwa District, where Bongdam Xi Lajenne will be located, is a private urban development project covering an area of 299,855㎡ at 203 Donghwa-ri, Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si. A GS Construction sales official said, "Bongdam Xi Lajenne has an excellent location where various living infrastructures in the Hwaseong Bongdam area can be accessed on foot," adding, "We will prepare to establish an apartment complex representing the Bongdam area together with Bongdam Xi Rafine."
