[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Kensington Hotel & Resort announced on the 2nd that it will hold an 'Environment Day' event on the 5th of this month, Environment Day, to practice environmental protection together with customers.
The hotel stated that this event was planned to share the seriousness of environmental pollution with customers and to actively encourage participation in practical actions to solve the problem in daily life.
Customers can participate by leaving comments on the 'Environment Day Event' page on the official website, sharing their examples or plans for environmental protection. To create an eco-friendly travel culture with customers, the Green Card system is also in operation. When staying two nights or more, guests can use the Green Card to indicate their preference regarding bed sheet and cover changes, reducing the frequency of bedding replacement and maintenance to protect the environment. Additionally, to participate in reducing environmental impact, the resort has installed electric vehicle charging stations and is gradually introducing and operating electric vehicles within its facilities.
