SC Jeil Bank, Special Interest Rate Event for First-Time Customers on 'Daily Compound Interest Savings Account'
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] SC First Bank announced on the 2nd that it will offer a special interest rate benefit of up to 1.9 percentage points to customers of the daily compound interest savings deposit (MMDA).
The offer is for first-time customers who subscribe to the product with a minimum of 100 million KRW. Interest rate benefits will be provided daily based on the balance for up to 60 days from the new subscription date. The higher the deposit amount, the higher the interest rate received.
The subscription limit is up to 2 billion KRW, and the benefit will continue until the total recruitment limit of 200 billion KRW is exhausted. If the deposit balance falls below 100 million KRW during the special interest rate period or the special interest rate period ends, the basic contracted interest rate will apply. The basic contracted interest rate ranges from 0.1% to 0.4% depending on the balance.
