On the second day of voting, voting began simultaneously at polling stations nationwide from 6 AM, and out of a total of 44,303,449 eligible voters, 6,842,133 had completed voting.

The region with the highest voting rate so far is Jeonnam (24.55%). This is followed by Gangwon (19.58%), Jeonbuk (19.06%), Gyeongbuk (18.07%), and Chungbuk (16.31%). The lowest region was Daegu, with 10.97%, followed by Gwangju (12.87%), Gyeonggi (14.04%), Daejeon (14.54%), and Ulsan (14.61%). The voting rates in the metropolitan area were Seoul 15.46% and Incheon 14.92%.
