The two organizations carried out the drill assuming scenarios where a special complainant visits and causes a disturbance or an emergency situation occurs, in order to enhance the on-site response capabilities of civil service employees.
Civil Affairs Manager Min Byung-seok served as the overall commander, and five dedicated teams were formed for evacuation and response, with all civil service department staff participating.
They reported using the wall-mounted emergency bell when the desk-attached emergency bell malfunctioned or failed to operate. They also focused on practicing police dispatch times and reporting procedures.
This year, a security guard was assigned to operate a system responding to real situations.
