[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 20th that it has signed a 'Seoul Foreign Investment Attraction Activation Business Agreement' with the Seoul Investment Agency in line with the post-COVID-19 era.
The Seoul Investment Agency, operated by the Seoul Business Agency, is a foreign investment promotion organization established to promote Seoul's investment environment to overseas investors and attract leading global companies to strengthen the city's competitiveness.
Through this business agreement, both parties agreed to cooperate in various projects including ▲providing all necessary procedures and financial consulting for the execution of investments by newly incoming foreign investors ▲holding domestic and international investment roadshows (IR) to discover and attract foreign investors ▲discovering investment opportunities and introducing clients through networks.
In particular, Shinhan Bank plans to provide comprehensive financial services utilizing its global network of 165 branches in 20 countries, while the Seoul Investment Agency will support region-focused investment environments to comprehensively provide financial and administrative services for activating foreign investment attraction in Seoul.
