Yeongyang County announced on the 20th that from the 23rd to the 27th, it will conduct guidance inspections targeting facilities that discharge environmental pollutants, together with the environmental department of Cheongsong County.
This inspection is being carried out to prevent environmental pollution through systematic management of pollutant-emitting facilities within the region.
The main inspection items include compliance with emission facility installation permits, proper operation of prevention facilities, record-keeping of operation logs, and adherence to self-monitoring.
During the joint inspection, minor issues will be administratively guided on-site, but intentional or serious violations such as unauthorized wastewater discharge and improper operation of emission and prevention facilities will be dealt with strictly.
