“Youth Baekdudaegan Forest Ecology Exploration” Video Contest
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Mountaineering and Trekking Support Center announced on the 20th that it is accepting applications for the '2022 Youth Baekdudaegan Forest Ecological Exploration Video Contest' until July 30.
The contest is held to provide youth with opportunities to explore the Baekdudaegan and forest trails. Participants can choose to explore either the Baekdudaegan section from Seoraksan to Jirisan or forest trails, and participate by editing and submitting videos filmed during their exploration.
Evaluation will be conducted by combining qualitative scores?appropriateness (25 points), excellence (20 points), completeness (25 points)?and quantitative scores from YouTube netizens (30 points).
Outstanding participants will be awarded certificates and a total prize of 4.8 million KRW, including one Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Award, nine Korea Forest Service Director Awards, and three Korea Mountaineering and Trekking Support Center Chairman Awards.
