On the morning of the 17th (Korean time), she received 3.15 points in the officially announced weekly women's golf world rankings, jumping 7 spots from 27th place last week. She accumulated points by achieving her second consecutive victory at the NH Investment & Securities Ladies Championship (total prize money 800 million KRW) held at Suwon Golf Club in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province (par 72, 6,581 yards) on the 15th. This was her 11th career win, coming 10 months after her victory at the Daebo House Open in July last year.

Ko Jin-young (27) maintained 1st place (9.63 points), Nelly Korda (USA) 2nd (8.09 points), and Lydia Ko (New Zealand) held 3rd place (6.22 points).
