Korea Startup Promotion Agency Recruiting Startups to Participate in Overseas Exhibitions in Singapore and Finland
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development announced on the 16th that it is recruiting startup companies to participate in the '2022 Startup Overseas Exhibition Support Project' which supports global expansion.
This project is recruiting companies to participate in 'SWITCH 2022' held from October 25 to 28 in Sentosa, Singapore, and 'SLUSH 2022' held on November 17-18 in Helsinki, Finland.
Startup companies will receive comprehensive support including ▲corporate support programs (pre-education, mentoring for pitching contest winners, etc.) ▲promotion through the operation of the K-Startup Pavilion ▲financial support (up to 1.7 million KRW for SWITCH 2022, up to 2.5 million KRW for SLUSH).
Selected companies will be chosen through document evaluation and presentation evaluation. The evaluation criteria include the completeness of preparation for participating in the overseas exhibition, the global growth potential of the startup item, and the suitability for the exhibition.
Kim Yong-moon, President of the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, said, "We will provide thorough support so that domestic startups can grow into companies with global competitiveness through the Startup Overseas Exhibition Support Project."

Startup companies wishing to participate in the Startup Overseas Exhibition Support Project can apply online on the K-Startup website by 4 p.m. on the 17th of next month.
