SPC Samlip Launches Three Types of 'Naeng Kalguksu' in Ha-yi-myeon
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] SPC Group announced on the 15th that SPC Samlip has launched three types of ‘Haimeon’ cold kalguksu noodles.
The new products include ‘Hongcheon-style Bibim Cold Kalguksu,’ featuring traditional soy sauce by master chef Seong Myeong-rye and savory perilla oil sauce; ‘Sunchang-style Master Bibim Cold Kalguksu,’ characterized by a spicy and tangy flavor with glutinous rice gochujang by master chef Kang Soon-ok; and ‘Jeju-style Dongchimi Cold Kalguksu,’ known for its refreshing taste made with Jeju radish dongchimi and beef bone broth.
The noodles used in the products are kneaded 10,000 times, resulting in a firm and chewy texture. The new products are available nationwide at major supermarkets as well as online platforms such as 11st and Gmarket.

An SPC Samlip official said, "We have introduced a lineup of cold kalguksu noodles to enjoy refreshingly during the summer season," adding, "With 47 years of noodle-making expertise, we aim to offer consumers a new experience."
