Hamyang-gun Operates 'Travel Like Everyday' Hamyang Oneday Program
Partial Support for Accommodation and Experience Fees for 3 Nights and 4 Days Starting in June
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, will operate the ‘Travel Like Everyday, Hamyang On Day’ program starting in June, where participants stay for 3 nights and 4 days at a Hanok lodging facility to experience culture and history and share the lives of local residents.
This program focuses on Gaepyeong Village, Namgye Seowon, and Seonbi Culture Exploration Trail as major tourist hubs, providing partial support for accommodation and experience fees to participants.
Various programs that visitors usually find difficult to experience will be offered, including making Gaepyeong gravel hangwa, Solsongju tasting, pressed flower art experience, dasik (traditional Korean tea cookies) experience, walking the Seonbi Culture Exploration Trail, and wild ginseng digging.
Earlier, from April 21 for two days, the county conducted a fam tour with 18 travel bloggers and influencers to promote tourist recruitment before the program launch, address issues, and prepare for full-scale operation.
The bloggers who participated in the fam tour captured the unique features of Hamyang through experiential events and beautiful natural scenery in photographs.
