[Photo] Former President Moon Returns Home Amid Farewell Ceremony
Former President Moon Jae-in and his wife Kim Jung-sook, who completed their five-year term, set off for their hometown in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, where their residence is located, after attending President Yoon Suk-yeol's inauguration ceremony on the 10th. After greeting citizens who came to see them off at Seoul Station, former President Moon took the KTX train to Tongdosa Station in Ulsan. Before entering their home, the couple plans to convey their reflections on completing the term and farewell greetings to local residents and supporters in front of the village hall. Former President Moon is the second president to move to a local area after completing his term, following the late former President Roh Moo-hyun, who returned to Bongha Village in Jinyeong-eup, Gimhae City, in 2008. Here is a collection of photos from the scene at Seoul Station.
