According to the maritime university on the 10th, in line with recent trends such as autonomous ships and the transition to eco-friendly vessels, a curriculum for electrical and electronic courses on ships, including navigation equipment and deck machinery, has been established.
The Department of Marine Mechatronics pursued the designation of the electronic engineer training program as part of the innovation of marine-specialized curricula to reflect the demands of shipping companies and students and to improve the satisfaction of education consumers. It received final approval from the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries on the 19th of last month and plans to officially open the educational field.
